Bobby Udall

Bobby Udall practices law with a focus in litigating, mediating, and arbitrating cases involving car accidents, big truck accidents, negligence injury, and wrongful death. Graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011 and was named the Who’s Who in America’s Law Schools. Licensed in Utah since 2011 and in California since 2014. Clerked with US Attorney Office in Salt Lake City, Utah, and San Diego, California. Bobby speaks fluent Spanish, which he learned as a missionary while living in Honduras for two years. He has become THE go to attorney in many Latino media channels such as Univision, Telemundo and Utah Latino, and La GranD Radio Stations. Bobby also clerked with the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah, where he helped with the federal criminal sentencing of Brian David Mitchell (kidnapper of Elizabeth Smart). Bobby has been a licensed attorney in Utah since 2011. Boddy Udall, also has an LLM degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and He is licensed in California.

James Clissold

Personal Injury Attorney

Attorney James Clissold has gained great litigation experience through mediations, arbitrations, and trying cases before Utah Courts. He is a strong negotiator with attention to detail, implementing his skills to best assist his clients obtain their goals as they navigate the complex, and oft-unknown to the client, world of personal injury law. James attended the University of Utah, where he earned a BA in Graphic Design, before going on to graduate from BYU Law. James spends his free time with his wife and three daughters and enjoys a long run any chance he gets.
